We provide courier services subject to the following conditions:

• All bookings must be confirmed with accurate delivery details

• Payment terms are strictly as agreed at time of booking

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time or failed deliveries

• Collection and delivery times are estimates only

• We reserve the right to refuse items that pose safety risks

• Customers must ensure items are properly packaged

• Access must be available at both collection and delivery points

• Goods in transit insurance applies as per our policy terms

• Claims must be notified within 24 hours of delivery

• Our liability is limited to the value declared at booking

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

We do not transport:

• Dangerous or hazardous materials

• Illegal items

• Perishable goods unless specifically agreed

• Items exceeding our vehicle specifications

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

• Charges may apply for late cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control
